What an amazing day we had with the weather, Golf Course and staff, organisers , sponsors and participants all contributing to the best event we have ever had.
We are definitely going to break the $40k that was our target this year a new record due to all of the amazing support.
We accept the economy is going through tough times for many of you at present but this also means we have many more requests for funding so the youth of Te Puke and Papamoa Region.
Major sponsors Bluehaven Group and Loretta and Brian Johnstone of Mitre 10 Papamoa provided a great start to the fundraising total and was amazing to reach a total over $40k.
This was the annual major fundraising event for Papamoa Rotary and it will enable us to address many of the requests they receive from youth groups and organisations assisting youth in the area.
